If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your items, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of the purchase in the event that the items are in new, unused condition and are in the original packaging. Upon returning, you have 2 options:

(2) Exchange

THERE WILL ALSO BE NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS
Store Credit/Exchanges only apply to Lily's Shoes. Lily's in the Valley Jewels is our sister company, however, they are a separate company and they have their own policies.
